Another thing to consider is this. I'm sure someone on here has the time to waste doing the research.
Find all manufacturers(sp!) worldwide that had glue in/on headlinings between 1988 (VN) & 2000 (VS ute) and then do the stat's and come up with what percentage of them are Commodores.
The only reason some say it's "common" is the fact of age and number of them produced.

Its not just 20 year old cars that I have had with it, but I am over arguing my personal opinion. Your personal experience is different yes we get that but does not make mine wrong.
But others do not have the same experience.

Yes they are except the rear pillars, door appatures and the little bit down front pillars.
