well speaking form experience of removing a red right turn arrow from a set of lights and then FIVE accidents later.they put them back on again. people just don't seem to grasp the whole give way thing.they all thought "i have a green light" (straight through only) "so i'll just turn infront of this truck thats coming towards me" DUH!

They usually put the tiles right at the roadside. Stupid place to stand, and doubly bad if it is raining.
