You'd be better off riding with both knees down.

dont wear knee pads when you do it. they are heavy and will just weigh you down

I think the problem is that it actually looks kinda easy but when you try it feels un natural to be hanging off. probably best just to slide your bum off the seat a wee bit at a time. It may look cool but ive seen guys go round the knee downers like they were standing still and sitting basicly upright

Look on youtube. Plenty of guides. Practice on quiet round a bouts.

Im probably going to implement this on the track rather than the road until Im good at it.

Good idea, falling off on a round about would be lame, just like practiceing on one.

Angry angry bike and loads of fun to ride. Start slow and work your way to the knee on the ground stuff. I get to the toes touching on a few corners I know well but haven't had the nuts or sliders to go much further. Also I run a tyre more suitable for longevity rather than a super sticky corner slasher

The bike has dunlop sport max q2 tires

When the chicken strips are gone you have done enough anyway lol.
i know some women with bigger balls than a lot of men riders

Its more of a lack of knowledge, not a lack of intent.

So how do you do it then! that was the question he asked. He is on a bike that is well suited to this kinda riding and im sure he has big enough balls but you need to know the technique on how to do it. I would be interested in hearing an explanation as well as ive never had the knee down but never really had the need but am curious.
Good greif, that poor old ST lol, im sure it wasnt intended for that kinda use. And yes read a few posts up.

not really related to high speed corners
low speed skills & high speed skills = different skill sets
but true - if your balance is poor at low speed then its going to be slow & poor at high speed

riding on slicks is way different to road tyres
they can chuck them in like you wouldnt dare on a road bike - & when they let go its like a light switch
