By a free webhost. and because the expert that built the site embedded a video straight into the homepage and we all watched it a few times the site has been crushed.

Logic would dictate a sleeved cylinder using a peltier, freon gas etc but that would require more than a pop rivet gun, surplus ride on lawnmover green paint and imagination to get working.
