Has I said I made "one" comment that he is banned from the messageboards, I never did see hes his banned from reading the boards and denied that he reads them. So this needs correcting.

the cop, shouldnt have been a cop. he was an idiot. A cop with a little common sense, wouldnt have argued the point. Failing to supply details (name and address) should mean handcuffs. Problemo solved. The reality is the cop was a major failure at his job. He should try out for a job as a parking warden or a bus ticket inspector to which he would be way more suited.

I must say that cop is very average, an experienced cop should know the law they are empowered to or at least be in control of the situation.
