Strange isn't it.The support Papa thread has gone and i get a warning. So, if anyone has proof of my offensive language, or abusing other members, or inappropriate comments, I am sorry, but I would like that proof - and as no-one will be forthcoming, I'm going anyway and taking my trade with me.Off to m*t*r Auction for good.

Thanks for the advice and conversation but obviously TM doesn't believe in free speech.

It's sad that it has to come to this, sure warnings are sometimes necessary, but come on TradeMe FRONT UP. if you ban/warn someone, you need to say what is was for, not generally, but the specific post/s. Time for TradeMe to accept there responsibilities and SORT IT OUT.

It's so annoying they just expect you to *know* what you're being punished for.I didn't have the foggiest when I got my warning so have just continued as per normal and haven't had any other problems

just like hitting a child for something 4 hours after said acusation, and with out telling why its happened, its a shame that trademe nazi moderators are such fools ( I dont expect my acount to be active for long after this either, if it does get pinged then it just enforces myand others statements on lack of freedom of speech )

Trade me message boards seems to have turned in to just a big play pen being watched by big brother the whole time. We a genrally all adults in here and would be nice if trade me would use a little common sense and a little less intervention.

Where on earth did you get 4 from, or were you referring to someone else! 300+ over 5 years for me plus a paid car listing (sold elsewhere) plus a current land listing and yes, I have emailed TM for an explanation.

This whole situation sucks big time. We're all mates here (I think) and should be able to speak our minds. I don't post that often, but certainly read this message board nearly every night, enjoy the banter and learn a bit about our cars as well.

They make themselves look small, socram would be the most inoffensive regular here. He always struck me as a true gentleman and probably did more to help maintain a civilised tone than most.
