a 5.5 is a 5 with a 6 front. I prefer the 5 wing flush with the boot lid as opposed to the raised wing on the 6. Rear bumper and side skirts are the same on both the 5 and 6. Interior in a 5 is factory black as opposed to factory blue in the 6. Engine and drive train is essentially the same. Hence I think it's fitting to name it a 5.5 in case people start telling me a 5.5 doesn't exist. Well it does, because I've got one. kthxbi. :)

I just hooked up my alarm with text and beeper alert for people like this. If I caught anyone doing that I'd put that maglight so far up their ass light will come out their nose. I jumped the hoops to get my cert so frankly people like that can go away unless they open the bonnet of every car and look for an LVV. I hate stupid things but I don't go slashing honda tyres or putting liquid nails in peoples spinners.

You hate stupid things, but you have an alarm to warn you if someone smashes your tinted tail lights! Do you know what an Oxymoron is!

Are you thick or just close minded! If my tail lights are tinted and I went through cert perhaps they might not be some dimly lit pieces of crap like you assume. Maybe I have reflectors mounted more inconspicuously than standard. Maybe if you hit a car with huge polished stainless exhaust resonators hanging openly in the rear glinting you are a tool.
Spinners are gawd awful things, but that is someone elses business. Daewoo have hideously poor brakes and safety and that is also someone else's problem. People that complain about my car get thrown in a volcano, if I went and got an LVV for what I did what else do you want! Sorry I don't drive something that is your taste, I have a big ass sheet bit of metal stamped with an authority number that says "enthusiast that has built a car to NZ safety standards, go wank on at someone else"
Yes I'm goddamn touchy about it, I just had a 1/2 hour argument with someone that could not be convinced MSNZ aren't the only people that run rally events.

Are you thick, or have you never heard of a shock sensor!

IMO having faulty or messed with lights (or half of those ricer altezza lookalikes) should move the blame for any nose to tail on the one with the offending brake lights. Stupid idea to do that to them. Almost as stupid as putting in cheap-ass non approved LED lamps you get from someone on here or off deal extreme.

No, Im not thick. You stated you hate stupid things, then stated you have tinted tail-lights, which are stupid.so.yeah., are you thick!

I don't think you grasp the concept.

^ I think you are the one having trouble with the concept of "I built a car with what savings I had, did the right thing and got a cert and if you have a problem go have solitary intercourse with yourself"
You know where I tinted the tails, what bulbs (or superbright LEDS and how many), the placement on the car and how many zillion miles away you can see them from when on! You must be a psychic.

Nah, I just install shock sensors for no reason.

If you did that you would have the test results inorder to support your modifications getting a cert. Till then stay the fuck off the roads.

You assume a lot about what I do and don't have. I personally know Mark the certifier that helped me get it on road and he guided me on what I could/could not/should and should not do then inspected the car for me and did the emissions testing while I talked to the old guy building the f100 pickup about his ecu options for the twin turbo.
Where are you even going with this! "You don't have an LVV, I don't believe you and keep your imaginary car off the road"! I spent 20 hours bodywork repair on it lately the whole time the bonnet has been open and' I've been staring at my cert plate. The glovebox is full of the paperwork in case I get pulled over and I haven't even had to go through that yet.
U mad bro!

I have seen it done to pretty flash-looking effect. On the right car it can be a work of art, on the wrong car it just says "trash".
Having been rear-ended a couple of times by retards, I like my brake lights to be as bright and unobstructed as they can possibly be.

well i hope that you dont break down on the side of a main road on a bend at night.as another motorist will not see your REFLECTORS and being a nancy townie style evo you would not off pulled over onto the grass verge just to the left or the white line no dobt.
had this happen more then twice now !

the use of LED bulbs would be the only way to make tinted lenses brighter how could a "tinted" lense make a standard globe brighter is beyond me!
if i tint my windows will i let more sunlight in!
