i agree - although this type of behaviour can endanger the safety of others (i'm thinking causing some type of accident).
mostly i wish people had the balls to confront people who they think are doing wrong instead of telling the cops.

Ah huh! I would if he'd stopped. He was speeding as well - in an area where there are parks and a Playcentre. The cops needed to know too - what he was doing was dangerous and illegal - with good reason. Fun on an offroad bike! Sure - off road.
