If the guy doesn't want to listen to all the noise mabe he should get out of town for 3 days. Nobody is making him stay inside his property to listen to everyone else having fun. With the amount this guy has most likely spent on lawyer's fees maybe it would of been better if he put it towards going on a holiday so he dodn't have to put up with it.

i have been told this the same guy who was offered 1.75 million dollars for his property by shell, but decided to hold out for 2 mill, shell decided it wasnt worth the hassle, now he is the only house left.

Don't worrry too much about it.I got a warning this week for pointing someone to another area of TradeMe.Sure as heck I am not paying $1.99 a minute to talk to a moderator who doesn't understand the meaning of the word "moderate" - in either of its meanings. $120 an hour!Get real.I don't charge clients that much for expert, specialist advice.
What a greedy tool. This guy doesn't deserve anything expect accommodation in the Ngaruawahia pub for 3 nights.
