Not sure which account your earlier comment was under so can't follow this. However as seen in the legislation linked above, and already described above by me, you don't get disqualified for the loss of traction, you get suspended for 28 days. You're then in court facing a charge of reckless, or dangerous or whatever they deem appropriate. Those offences are what you are disqualified under, and those offences are what may or may not be subject to the 28 day stand down (or perhaps not even eligible for a limited licence).
It's pointless me or anyone else saying 'yes you can' or not because we very rarely get the full story. The answer is 'it depends' until full details of the actual circumstances and charges faced are known.
