Absolutely. It would be bragging rights and little else, but I am sure it can be done, not that there would be much joy (at least not for long) but it still can be done. Honestly, the old adage "there is no replacement for displacement" is just a fact.

Yeah for sure and you would be better off spending half that on a beams 3SGE for an easyer 300+hp if Toyota 4 pots were ya thing.

I dont agree with that statment being a fact because there clearly are a few replacements such as a Turbo, a Supercharger and Nitros Oxide! and I cant see how anyone could disagree!

Ah yes I hear ya. but then add a supercharger or turbo to displacement.

Very nice but still if there was no replacement for it then they would have used a bigger motor right!
It is just an opinion and defanatly not a fact like alot of V8 fanboys seem to think(not aimed at you by the way).
Also if its just about power then 3-3.4L 2JZ-GTEs have made over 2000HP before so thats replacing displacement clearly sure you aint gona be driving it on the street for long at all but a interesting point.

Why are the Mazda's B6 and BP, BPT engines never mentioned! They are IMHO far better than the 4age, I have never blown a mazda engine but have blown up every damn toyota engine I've owned.
