if your really want to make your little n/a car have a bov the easiest way is a 12v compressor with a clutch switch,or just be a man and get a turbocharged car, :)

Sorry you are getting all this negative feedback What you need to do is record a BOV and burn it to a CD disc, put it in your CD player and drive around with the player at full volume. This was Option 13 on Starlets.

If you want to make your car way faster though don't use oil in your engine, use golden syrup. Works way better. I did it in my Accord.
