Sounds like you will be taking TM to the disputes tribunal to get your fee back.How on earth did them decided you backed out of the sale.Argue with them TM are wrong end of story.

doesnt work like that. if a court decides he owes then he owes. there are also simple steps to recover the money owed too if you know how. steps that will cost the defaulter of payment a lot more then they owe. If you want to be a door mat, then you will be.
