Evidence will be a statement by that officer that she took or obtained a reading of the speed from something which will be nominated in disclosure when you advise you are seeking a court hearing.Go for it and you will learn. Then she will swear upon etc etc in court and supply that statement and back it up with verbal statement to the JPs in the court hearing.Quite simple really. Can't refute evidence until you know what it will be thus the need to state, in writing, your decision to be heard in court

I find if you do at least 160 they don't stop you. :D
Actually the other night I went past a camera van that was hanging WAY out onto the road which was narrow, wet, dark and they were sitting on a rise pointing at the bottom of a big downhill section. Blasted my horn at them, I couldn't believe how stupid of a place they had parked, it was taking up a good half of the lane and I'd of been in the poos if there was oncoming traffic. If it wasn't so freezing and pitch black I would of gone back to take a picture to complain. Muppets.

Cop reckoned was doing 95 in a 80 but I checked my speed as I was puttin on seatbelt wen I seen the cop and was doing 85 asked to see radar and she said it wasn't locked on.
He would have easily dropped 10 by the time he even thought to look at the speedometer while trying to put on his seatbelt. Wrongly accused! Not friggen likely. Just pissed off that they stopped him more likely.

Kingseat/patamahoe/waiuku area. Was near the crossroads, there are always cops around there anyway trying to catch the ones that roll the stop signs or speed on the huge big open straights. There was no need to park on the road though, that's just dumb.
