Why! you don't even know my needs! Spite is all I see. My Hiace as a diesel used 13l/100km with ruc and rego petrol was the only way to go. I now get 10.6l/100km with a light foot rego is half and there is no ruc I needed a high roof Hiace as my son is wheel chair bound and there is a hoist fitted. I tow a boat and also love camping I also love the 8 sound and hate flopping slow pokes. Suites me down to a tee. Keep ya spite to ya self mate. seen as 2get1 and myself have only said good things about the engine that you also seem to like yet you seam to enjoy putting us down because we own them!

You do realize the 1UZ and 3UZ we are talking about are the toyota engines correct! thats the quad cam engine.

Yip. The Hiace was an auto 2.8L, consumsion was so high because you all ways had to be hard up it to get any where. The UZ pushes the Hiace effotlessly and is mated to a 5 speed manual.

I think hes to busy on the p pipe and acting out his tuff guy persona, probably beaten up at school for his lunch and now has to throw his weight around. He doesnt seem to much any sense so is either on the fry or dumb as a sack of rocks
