No one is putting anyone into a bracket, learn to read next time and grow up yourself

I had another one a few years ago. I was in one of my 1000cc Fiat Panda's but getting along more than quick enough to get a ticket. Some winner in a 6 Cylinder Commodore with HSV bodykit thought they would tail gate me.

Now the Panda also comes in 4WD and both versions have long travel suspension and decent ride height. So I just started going quicker again, he was so busy keeping 2 inches off my bumper he didn't notice my going over a speed bump at 70km/h.

Goodbye front air dam and side skirts.

in australia we had some young try hards do the old "walk infront of the car trick" i just hit them. :) one walked away with a very bad limp. gotta love company cars!

friendly_prawn, Aug 6, 4:53pm
I shouldnt be laughing. But I am lol

mrfxit, Aug 6, 5:10pm
LOL yep, love suckering them like that.
Use to do it to "them" in the old days on the open road & tight corners.

thejazzpianoma, Aug 6, 6:27pm
I noticed they got a bit annoyed when they couldn't catch my scooter through the twisty stuff to Whangamata from Waihi. Sure, they would catch up with me as soon as the road straightened, but by that time they were usually simmering well.

(BTW, scooter was a well sorted Vespa 200cc with serious tyres)

This is the reason I want a nudge bar on my XC Fairmont, not just for the Dukes of Hazzard look, but also for any idiots who decide to mess around.

mantagsi, Aug 6, 8:27pm
I've been hassled the odd few times, worst was a car load of dickheads who pushed my car halfway through an intersection, wasnt f all I could do regretfully! My bog standard caldina seems to be like catnip to ricey honda drivers, makes them go bananas and rage out, what the hell for! I'll never know :s very weird and annoying

msj23, Aug 6, 8:28pm
Yeah true, that sounds like a nightmare. In all fairness its not just teenagers doing this stuff, often they are well into their twenties, should know better

smac, Aug 7, 6:45am
Yep, once. Best night of my life.

kazbanz, Aug 7, 6:59am
Guys read what you are posting. Aren't you all doing exactly the same as said teens!Just with a bit more street smarts.
Said teens are the result of our society that teaches them they have rights before it teaches responsibilities. isn't there a better answer tan fighting idiocy with.
Sorry guys --as ya were

trogedon, Aug 7, 7:21am
Yep, my wife was waiting to get on to Carrington road, at the entrance to Unitec. Some male prick behind her started pushing our car!

gunhand, Aug 7, 4:20pm
I take crap from no one. Except the wife, kids, mother, mother in law, the government, IRD, my shrink, my lawyer, her lawyer, 3 xs, 2 other stray kids.
So don't yell at me or look sidways even, Im about to crack.

mrfxit, Aug 7, 4:24pm
I . HAVE . had that screamed at me several times in the past when trying to correct a teens behavior.
"You can't tell me what to do or stop me, i KNOW MY RIGHTS" .

roadkillcafe, Aug 7, 5:30pm
I can't wait till it happens to crazy phil-he looks passive and smallish but they don't call him crazy phil for nothing-he'd rip their faces off.

trogedon, Aug 7, 6:14pm
They know their RIGHTS not their RESPONSIBILITIES.

red97, Aug 7, 6:24pm
the quakes have nothing to do with it, thats just giving them an excuse, got stuck in the middle of a big group of boy racers heading out of town towards hamner on a saturday morning, probably a dozencars, there driving was fine but there were a lot of beer bottles getting thrown at road signs etc.

mrfxit, Aug 7, 6:32pm
Nope wrong. they KNOW. just don't care unless it directly stops themfrom doing whatever.

Comprehension /holistic/ long term effects . . BARRRHHH Humbug

pebbles61, Aug 7, 6:47pm
Would make carrying a fully loaded Ruger 10/22 worth it lol

speedwayfan1, Aug 7, 6:50pm
Don't do this, one day when someone really has had a gun pointed at them, the Police are going to think 'another one of these calls'

kenw1, Aug 7, 7:07pm
Not all young people are hoones.Saw an ex student of mine the other day. in a police car .he was behind the wheel in uniform.some of them get it right.

pebbles61, Aug 7, 7:07pm
That's even worse lol

msj23, Aug 7, 8:34pm
Too right, alot of teens are just fine, very responsible. But the minority that ruins it for the rest of them are a very annoying and irresponsible minority
