woohooo, hope I'm not talking too soon. While driving around today. spent a few hours trying to recreate the problem and not one slip. The guy in the shop did say it might need time to settle after the transminssion service. I thought he was talking rubbish. Now Im thinking / hoping he could be right. Tried everything I could think of to make it repeat the problem but it hasnt slipped once today.Will keep you guys upated but I think I may have got lucky. Sorry dr.dolittle you can keep the dead cat now.:-)

Will put it to the test tomorrow mate and will report back. Just been for another good thrash. Still not playing up. If it does slip when trying your suggestion I'll bung another litre in.
