Ohh so young -Ohh so naive. That the driver would blame the dealer -mehh parr for the course. That the driver wasn't at least in part held accountable for their actions makes no sense

YES actually if it was my wife/dad/son/daughter I would be kicking their backsides all the way to the dealer for their stupidity.
I guess thats the issue with the system as it stands.
MVDT has to rule one way or the other. It can't go -"mr dealer the water tank shouldn't have split after 1700kmbut mss driver you should have been showing mechanical sympathy"
-Have you ever driven a vehicle to the point it actually seized! -It takes quite some doing and gives a LOT of forewarning. -(unless its a two stroke race bike)
