studio-what is worse is that those guys also reuse the advert unbtill they get caught. -You can rewright a classified over and over again untill someone twiggs

True. so who is actually in the wrong here! The seller for using the $0 feature, or TM for allowing it to happen! If I see $0 then in my way of thinking the item must be free. I have been so tempted to call people on these listings, but realise it would be a waste of time. However, I saw on TV last week(!) that a guy listed a BMW for $1 and it sold, so he honoured the deal! I think he was a dealer - it was on Fair Go. The free publicity he got no doubt offset the loss somewhat!
I just did a quick check of the Fair Trading Act 1986 and it states:
"Advertising must not mislead or deceive customers". Advertising must not be of a kind which is likely to mislead or deceive customers".
I am not a lawyer but I would see the use of "$0' on a listing as being misleading and deceiving.

+1 I would love to see it. I was thinking about doing it on an aeroplane that was listed - give me my plane!
