Former mitsi owner here times two. Diamantes are heavy beasts with the DOHC cam engine and electric seats etc. Had a Aussie built V3000 1993, about 400-500kg lighter. Had an electric problem once but thats about it. They are known for valve oil seal issues as mentioned by someone else so walk away if it smokes at all. Unless of course you have a supply of second hand synthetic motorbike oil, hardley smokes at all. 82 Sigma went fine topped up with that about half to a litre a week. Still smoked but not enough for a ticket.
