They look like fails but I am more used to Aussie RWC rules much tougher than WOFs

all 3 are wof fails.

1. Pass 2. Up to the AVI, but I'd pass that. 3. Remove, clean, glue, pass.

the secound pix shows scratches on windscreen its a fail untill you polish it so it wont be seen from inside.

For the rear end. No white light to be showing (asides from reverse lamps of course) so with that hole in the rear lens, it is a fail
mugenb20b,
Oct 15, 5:47pm
Oh, hang on, didn't see the chip on the windscreen. Fail.

Keyboard Warrior Broken Tailight - Fail Chip Screen - Fail - but also because it is dirty as! Lens - Pass, but recommend cleaning and note on sheet.
intrade,
Oct 15, 5:57pm
you can clean and dry lights then its a pass but its a fail as it was not . so its all faild just like i posted to beginn with.

Ah what the hell LOL
1,Fail if white light to the rear apart from rverse and plate lights, bit hard to tell if it would or not though as there maybe parts of the lense inside stopping it. Unless its really dirty inside it should be ok. Different intensity! Do they have to be the same brightness! as long as it can be seen clearly when working. And front lights with water or dampness seem to fail.So it may well be a fail
2nd.If the chip are within the guidelines of the WOF for a fail its a fail. The scratches will impeed vision especially when light hits it. So Possably a fail.
3rdIs that an indicator! As long as theres not a white and orange light showing when flashing and its bright enough it should pass. If white light shows (if clear bulb) it may fail.
Thats my guess, could prob wade through the rules but there open to interpritation as well. Unless one could actually see the cars for real its a bit hard to tell.

How much room for interpretation does "A lens is missing, or has a hole, crack or other damage that allows moisture or dirt to enter." give you!
intrade,
Oct 16, 7:29am
just put your verdict on and say why like if you assume with light is showing like i did. or assume its not showing and but assume its got a hole and attach your pass or fail to your answer.
kevymtnz,
Oct 16, 7:50am
1.if ya glue similar colour over hole water proof = pass 2. fail = replace 3.fail = replace
mrfxit,
Oct 16, 11:38am
AArrrhh yea ok.
#1 Fail (water entry with possible subsequent electrical fail & or dust dirt coating inside blocking light output) #2 Fail (obstructed view from the scratches plus & including light sparkles from the chip) #3 Fail (water entry with possible subsequent electrical fail & or dust dirt coating inside blocking light output)
mrfxit,

White light to the rear = no . correct. The tail light in this case may (depending on design & presuming this 1 does) emit light to the side
The front park light is a water & dust issue but not a white light issue.
it's very possible theres no EXACT reg concerning the EXACT specifics of these issues as above example

3 fails. Becxause they look like crud.
lyonruge,

Both lenses should fail - A lens is missing, or has a hole, crack or other damage that allows moisture or dirt to enter. Easy. Maybe repairable, I will glue a small hole or crack and pass it. The windscreen is a little harder, photo not great, the rules changed a little and are now a bit more forgiving regarding damage in CVA,
