I worked for a place 14 years ago that straightened heavy truck and trailers. We did this on a Mayrak chassis straightner during my time there we had to do a job for Mills Tui straightening 6 airport fire trucks. these things were fricken huge. All 6 chassis had a bend in one chassis rail after manufacturing. Each truck took just on an hour to set up on the rack and 40 mins to straighten. The bill per chassis was $3000. for a 1hr 40min job.

That was 14 years back. Still think your mate is getting a bad deal lol

No disrespect, but a heavy truck/trailer is a different ball game to a light vehicle -heavier forces and more complicated (much larger vehicle too).

It always amazes me how the US get such mint deals. There is a lot to be said for a larger population base/minimal geographic isolation.

F**k! A D9! Lol! I've pulled stuck stuff out with D8H's and high drive 8N's. Their Hysters would cut a Mack in half if you gave them their head. A 9!! Lol!
