what about a rear diff from a small suzuki 4x4!just thinking width might be similar!they seem to handle a fair bit of grunt before blowing.

The rear engined "thing' was a TERRA which was made in Rotorua and based on a VW floor pan.Some had Ford V4, others Renault or was it Peugeot.I think you could have just about any engine you wanted if you were silly enough to want a TERRA in the first place.Maybe TERRA was short for terrable.

It tells me I don't know everything, but always willing to learn, QUALIFIED ! what the f. has that got to do with it ! the best engineer I've ever seen was a boat builder !bestmechanic was a chap that leftschool at 13 and was head man in an F1 team .ho ho ho, you've got a lot to learn sonny jim !
