at 100ks it will still be screaming cams & extractors will just mean i t gets there quicker, far better to drop in a 5 speed box & get a bit of fuel economy

My hilllman hunter i did that to didnt seem to rev as hard at open road speed than before i did it without modifying the drive chain and it was a much more comfortable drive, i think it increases the mid range power so it may increas the range of rpm,s it capeable of thats just a guess tho and you dont get that teeth shattering vibration from the engine at 100 ks anymore.

The only way to make it rev less is to alter the final drive ratio adding more power wont help just makes it get to 100 faster
