Yes, saves cost and help pays the debt off on investments. Allowing more money for other things since its a large place. But really none of your business.

You should be careful with taking threads Off Topic (OT). As we are all so regularly reminded that is both against multiple rules in the imaginary TM rulebook and most flatmate agreements (like Sheldon and Leonard have on Big Bang Theory).
This thread is in multiple wrong sections, it should not have been started in motoring as bikes don't have motors. Sports would have been more correct, it then moved to parenting, spent a while in movies & tv, visited real estate and now has become lodged in opinion and politics.
