Problem is that when you have a subject that says "A Major Vendor" cheating, before courts have convicted them, you are just asking for trouble.

The rule would be "Do not post defamatory comments". Until a conviction is entered, such comment is potentially defamatory.
And it does not take a moderator to kill it, enough voting it off for no reason at all will kill it.

You are allowed to discuss it. Plenty of TM threads about it. But you are sailing a bit close to the wind when you make absolute statements about a nominated person or company when they have yet to be proved.
Company X is accused of cheating - fine Company X is cheating - no good.

I can pick it up no problem. again and at will. The horizontal drag bar goes from 0 mins to 15 mins . drag it along to about 4 mins 20secs and listen from there. NZ flag choice is on then after that article is over the next is the one I'm talking about . starts about 4m 28sec and runs for about 5 mins.

I have just listened to it on my phone, so it's definitely working butterfly. Must be an issue at your end. As ema says, Thursday 24th, 10:15 am. then move the thing along to about 4:20 in the 15 min segment.

Sounds so familiar doesn't it, it isn't funny any more pete. Plenty of deflection and muddying of the waters plus a complete fogging of the issue going on there. and it's on record for all to hear too, no denying that irrespective of the attempts to deny on here. It seems that the VAG CEO falling on his sword would suggest he's not denying it all . right. Just listening to the news earlier there's now going to be a "witch hunt" in Germany now too, the next while is going to be very interesting and it has got my full attention . absolutely. Reckon the allied powers might have been best to let VW die along with the 3rd Reich
