Well when she first got here she told us she needed door handles fixed (common fault in the Accent she had) so my wife asked her to come back later as we were flat out busy and the lady was more than happy to do that. Wasn't till she brought the car back that she told me exactly what was happening, which then was easy fixed for her. So we did take the time for her, just not when she first came in while we were "taking the time" with other customers

Sat behind someone at some traffic lights years ago and they just sat there. I got out and asked if there is a problem. Yes. He put it in park while waiting and wouldn't go into drive. Um. Try pushing the brake in then move it.
