Buyer beware!
As far as I am concerned, if I haven't checked out the product before buying, then I am gambling. There is plenty of crap product around in the shops as well as on TM, but if the seller delivers on time and an undamaged product, as long as it matches the description, I'm OK. I wouldn't post a blue face but I would mention it in the feedback.
When someone describes an item as a 'book' and charges $5 delivery and it turns out to be a pamphlet sent out in a normal standard envelope, then there is a genuine gripe. When you complain to them that it wasn't as described and even though you paid promptly, they post you a blue or a red face, it stinks.
Buy a set of Chinese drill bits from your local hardware store and they either bend or unwind. The product is absolutely crap, but there is no means of warning the general public that they are crap.

If you have a problem with a product you should give the seller an opportunity to rectify it.

It is only common decency to communicate with the person you purchased from. Tell them the issues, calmly and without exaggeration. That is your duty. Now if they do not respond within a week or tell you that you are mistaken then feedback. That is what I do and what should happen.
