Can anyone recommend a good place to get this work done. My mechanic won't do it as they are a small place and it's a big job. The car is a BMW 318ti 1995. Chain Driven. I don't want to pay a heap given the age, but it's a reliable and economical car with low mileage, I do know what I want to spend - but needing a couple of places that could be recommended please.

Is it a head gasket or tappet cover/rocker cover seal that needs replacing?, you dont normally have head gasket seals as such.
