Memory was something you lost with age An application was for employment A programme was a TV show A cursor used profanity A keyboard was a piano A web was a spider’s home A virus was the flu A hard drive was a long car trip And if you had a 3 ½ inch floppy, you just hoped nobody found out

Dont plan on driving it on the road if you weld the diff. it will just be a hazard to other road users.

Ya gotz 2 or 3 coilz left on the springz bro? If ya only gotz 2 coils left in there, then ya need to put a hose clamp on the bottom of the spring to hold it to the coil over strut. otherwise when yooz do jumpz over the cross roads at 180kmhr, the springs come unseated from the strut. or if ya gotz the $ machine the strut down so its shorter, if ya cant find a hose clamp just weld the spring to the strut bro. sweet it be all G bro.

Jeeze cant bloody win. Blew up the V8 today. Might have to go back to the reliability of a rotary. Dinosaur V8 technology. You guys can keep it.
My pappy said, "Son, you're gonna' drive me to drinkin' If you don't stop drivin' that Hot Rod Lincoln."
sheesh blowin 9 inches-(or so ya reckon) and now what blowin chevy's? And the ultimate. Even Tinkin for a millisecond dat a tang will even move when the No Torque sucker finds it can't spin a wheel Poor damn tang tryn ta spin both wheelies at once
Shesh even a decent 302 v8 man would feel sorry for da poor rotay [Mind you ya usually do when there pathetic all noise tryn race ya backwards cap wearing antics happen]

Aww stink bro, what did ya do to it. did ya take it past 6 grand, and the push rods started floating? sweet as back to 12 grand red line now. sweet, do a skid bro.

strewth Prawn, you blows must be good, they just keep on giving. Nearly 2 pages worth!

when the diff was shortened the axle housing tube has not been put back straight or if shortened at the bearing end the housing has been welded on the piss so the axle and bearing are loading up the spiders on one side of the the diff causing it to blow cause you dont have enough car weight or or engine torque to keep blowing 9 inch diffs thats what i would be looking at
lookoutas,

I wish I had a blown 9"

Rotary ? Make good starter motors for V8s.
friendly_prawn,
Sep 26, 9:24am
Well if I told you i put the 13B back in and now have blown another 9" would you believe me?
clark20,
Sep 26, 5:27pm
Now I am worried if I swap my 400hp LS motor for a 13B in the Dore that the diff will cry enough! Its hard to live with.
philltauranga,
Sep 26, 10:37pm
funny how a 1.3 litre can give a 5 litre a run for its money. with only 3 moving parts eh.
friendly_prawn,
Sep 27, 3:01am
They reckon thats why they are so much more reliable. Less moving parts. Another thing, it doesn't take much to stop a piston engine, where as with so few moving parts, a rotary will just hang in there and go on and on.

A bit like some posters.

"Blew another 9" in my rotary." Sounds like you do a lot of blow jobs, in your rotary.
