Have you ever bought a bike because of it's name ? can't say i have . Nice day for a ride on the Coast , even on the Kawasaki i run to work .

But Bandit isn't a category though is it & its a name not an indication of what its supposed to do

Actualy somewhere in my long term memory i seem to recall Sir Ed taking a Taranaki built 'mountain goat' farm bike to Everest. Tank or something gave up & leaked so idea was canned at base camp or less. Someone will recall?. Was the very very first built by Johnny Callender. He was a realy nice guy was Johnny. Good days those of early MX up New Plymouth way. Bugger me, while i'm googling to find out how many L's in Callender etc here's the article. Everest bit will be there somewhere. I'll have a read tonight.
