Oh theres something elce going on over that way if i have the right place in mind, photograping young kids minding there bussiness, horrible stuff, dont get bent out of shape over a "one boy crime wave" let the court deal with him and forget about it, nothing has or will stop exceptionaly bad things happening, going over the edge only creates new problems that otherwise wouldent exsist.

It is a complex problem requiring a number of solutions, otherwise it would already be sorted. An 'empty houses' tax would be impossible to enforce. When is a house designated empty? Who checks to see if the house is empty? Would you be OK with government officials checking through your window to see if you are living there? A 'dob in the empty house' hotline? (Great trick to play on your neighbours when they go on holiday). Keep government out of it, they screw up everything they touch. Allow market forces to work again.
