Im no new car franchise fanboy but I totally believe the franchise workshops version of events. 1)someone screwed up and supplied the wrong plugs. 2)after customer contact they found this to be true. 3) they offered the refund deal. 4) gore garage invoice sent to them was "padded' for exactly the same work as they did.
