Its not easy towing below the speed limit, but kiwis lack patience full stop. Had one moron today right up my back tooting at me, followed by over taking and cutting me off, because I was in the right land doing the speed limit getting ready for my approach to spaghetti junction in auckland cbd. As you do in Auckland otherwise you will end up over the bridge or going south then having to do a nice detour as a result if you miss your turn for the city. So many fail to get in the right lane ahead of time and dam well cause accidents almost in the process forcing there way in with no indication. Or indicating after they have started to move over not before to warn.
Goes down to the rat race syndrome, put more and more people into a confined space and yeah. I always try to be courteous but some are just so ignorant beyond believe especially when towing. The other week I had one similar to above om post 11 but it was 3 cars passing me after the passing lane had ended, no thank you on letting them pass other than the fingers. Despite the fact if I didn't move over on the shoulder they would have a lovely head on with a B train.

While I agree its also worth noting its not always possible especially getting in the right lane head of time for your exit. E.g. spaghetti junction
