After doors , bonnet , rear hatch , bumpers.etc

Be careful, some of the fibreglass panels I have seen are a lot heavier than 24/26g steel.

Youd be hard pressed to find them already made, most sports doors are steel with the guts cut out of them, or make your own mould from existing panels ,huge job for the average homy but.

If you're wanting to go lighter, any panels produced to be used as replacement parts probably won't be much use. As Bill said earlier, there's a likelihood they'll be heavier than an original steel shell that's had all the soundproofing and unnecessary coatings removed.
You would do better to have them purpose built with lightness in mind by someone who knows what they're doing. If you find somebody with moulds you may be able to get them to do a special set laid up with lightweight rovings and very little resin.

use alloysheet

Without their original brackets plastic KP bumpers are very light weight, so can tick them off the list, if you can get them.

dunno about fiberglass in NZ, maybe you should try the States for fiberglass.
You could try Fibreglass places in NZ though, the may be able to source Fiberglass for you
