I still think the Ross Sisters are the ones to beat. if you havn't seen them here is a link. Its worth watching the whole bit, it gets more impressive as it goes on, but if you are bored fast forward a bit.
Yeah I saw that 1 a few years ago, those girls were amazing, but if I remember rightly towards the end of that clip it was faked

When she bends down to pickup the apple with her mouth, if you zoom in you'll see that here mouth is still 1-2 inches above the apple when it jumps up too her mouth. But still amazing flexibility

To me, it seemed that the apple was fake, like a big ping pong ball, there was no weight in it, but I didn't see it "jump".

I don't think it 'jumped', I'm pretty sure she grabbed the stalk.
On the other hand, I do think it is fake, seems a tad light.
