I know, I hate the 91/98 only places when I am driving mums car. Wish they would do multiple grades like the US has.
Anyway, The biggest issue I have is how they say that they will remove the fuel from a car that doesnt pay at one I go to. What happens to that fuel! Better not go back into the tank that I get served from!

If I go to fill up and find it is prepay, I drive off and go elsewhere. I cant be bothered going in twice and the hassle. I use eftpos these days and always fill the tank. S these pre pay only lose a sale

LOL yes it goes back in to the station tank. how else are they going to recover the cost of the fuel . DUH . It's not often it has to be done & it would be like pi$$ing in a big river & taking a drink from that river 1km further down stream.

The station still miss's out on the sale & has to pay for getting the fuel back via staff /garage & time to get it back in the tank . The worst you might get is a station ban from going there again but in fact it's cost the station far more then the fuel is worth.
Swings & roundabouts. do you drive off with the fuel & get done for not paying or make the station pay twice for YOUR stupidity in not having enough money to pay for what YOU put in YOUR tank
