It's a 1996 Honda Accord VTi sedan.
What's the complete list of things I can modify !! It's already got a beast stereo with nice 6x9 JVC speakers, so don't worry about the audio side of things. (Although I will be getting a sub and amp at some stage).
I want to make it more awesome. Straight up. How can I pimp my ride !
You could spend $500 on it and it still would only be a $1700car .

Put the engine in the rear on a custom subframe like I'm thinking of doing with my 300hp turbo prelude. Makes a real car out of it rather than an econobox with lots of power.

I do, you need an extra set of hubs, a welder, fab skills, a custom subframe, fuel cell for the front, the list goes on and on. Read one guys build log and it took 2 years and lots of $$$$, I'm thinking 2 weeks and a couple hundy lol.

Don't be dumb, only V-tec, injen and other performance stickers can do that.
Nice (not chrome) 17" mags Good tyres (not linglong or other Chinese death traps) New shocks and lower it by 30-40mm (not too much) Nice front lip spoiler (did the up spec ones have this!) And keep it looking nice (polish, get dents/scratches repaired etc) K&N replacement filter Headers and a well built exhaust (2 -2 1/2"), not with a fart cannon off the back
not true! wearing a base ball cap backwards is worth 25 horse power and 40 kph top end.

I've always thought the wheel gap on that model looked ridiculous - pretty sure NZ new cars were even raised slightly over Japanese spec ones.
Just don't go overboard on lowering or you'll regret it.

Yeah that was one thing I noticed when I first got it . the wheel gap is massive. I would love to lower it slightly, get some nice rims, I'm gonna get some tints and a few other accessories. Not gonna do any major mechanical stuff me thinks as not sure how much life it has left in it.
Just buy an Mr2 and a bigger turbo, save tens of thousands and have a better car at the end of the day.

Bore out your H22 (I'm guessing thats what its got) to 2.3l JacksonRacing Supercharger, around 12 pounds on the pulley Skunk2 camshaft kit Spoon manifolds Full Mugen exhaust and computer Zexx wet feed nitrous kit
Maybe add an inch on the wheel diameter, go with steelies and clip-ons for the full sleeper look. resist the urge to fk up your interior by adding boost and pressure gauges to the pillars and slot them in the centre console or a custom mount in the drivers door card.
Dunno about a brake kit, maybe povo it and swipe some off a Legend of the same vintage.
Gut all the useless shit out of the back like seats and speakers.
