i like how he points out the design flaws, then adds his 2c worth stating its the correct way. i didnt realise the car maker was worried about aerodynamics on a car that looks like nana's shopping trolley

I personally liked the aerodynamics calculations. The wind resistance is significantly more than double as your speed doubles.

would that laser even do 200kph!

Ummm, whats with the car back end photo!

haha and gain that extra hp with the aero dynamics ! my god
man thats bad ass. wonder how much boost it makes and at what rpm.hell what rpms do mowers usually pull anyway.id go test this stuff out but i dont have a mower.

wow what a weapon,do you track this beast or show and shine.you should bring your lap top man and car to hampton downs and show us how its done.give us a time and date and we will all be there to marvel at its super car nature.

make shrek angry on the track all 100 wkw thats AT THE WHEEL FOLKS!
200kph+ on the straights!

For a person who had lots to say ,he has gone very quiet.I still need to find out how to have nothing at all to measure in the exhaust.I am sure this idea will be a hit with all car manufactures ,think of the savings on cats, dpf, etc.

I don't understand the purpose (intended or actual) of that rear diffuser.

Which 1, on the car or standing next to it!
Not really sure of which model human it is!

it is quite interesting tail pipe emissions have nothing to do with whats going on inside an engine considering my nose can tell if a car is a running to lean or to rich i am sure something about 10000 times as sensitive as my nose i.e. a dyno tail pipe sniffer can sniff out the faintest of smells. I must be smelling things

that green car sounds rough, I did some work on one of the FMC tx3 turbos built by Edgell motorsport for NZ touring cars about 89-90sh these cars were winners including the manfield 12hour, they were set up using a dyno.

Toxics 'komputa man' has gone to lunch (run out of sensors & arsewipe paper for the extended flow of greens emissions) . Toxic doesn't seem to realise what a fuckwit he has made hisself look!

Sorry about my comment the other day, that "Dyno's are seriously overated", I should've said "Dyno figures can be seriously overated". Dyno's are a great tuning tool if used with integrity. Over the years we have had many people come to us with their dyno 'figures' only to do a few good runs down the 1/4 and find that the real results don't come even close to what's being claimed on the dyno sheet, hense my skepticism. Didn't sit right with me not to clarify my statement is all.

toxicgreen, this has certainly been an amusing read. Lots of people throwing stones but not really sure what they're aiming at.always good for a laugh.
Anyway, I'm a little confused about what you're trying to achieve with the thread here.
If you're wanting to convert believers, you'll need to a) actually explain what you've done, and b) back it up with proof. By proof (that will be accepted) I mean results from a comparative power run on a dyno, or properly timed speed runs. Most dyno operators will happily do a power run with no tuning, easy day at the office for them.
Say what you like about the tuning merits of a dyno operator (pointless conversation, there's good ones and crap ones, I've persoanlly experienced both), power runs on the same dyno is the only truly valid comparison, and any good operator will agree with that.
Last point, beware the 'seat of the pants' dyno. A car can FEEL more powerful just because it's peaky in delivery.Whereas a car that delivers power smoothly over a wide rev range may feel slower, but in fact be faster. I prefer a Gtech-pro for my own comparisons, might be worth having a look at.

After hearing the car on a vid I wouldnt put it on my dyno (if I had one) it would probably crap itself and toxic would hold the operator responsible.

got a link for the vid or was it the morrison or ugly green toad!

that car reminds me of that prelude that drove around Tauranga with two pod filters glued to the bonnet and spoilers etc etc.looked.- .different.

Well. This thread certainly went down hill faster than a ludicrously over modified bright green shopping trolley.
