Truck as in D series, L series, F series. Precisely what kind of truck are we talking here. All would be available with a lot of NOS stuff around for F series in Aussie and USA. NOS stuff for D series is still around in the UK, some Ford dealers in NZ and a couple of other non Ford dealers who specialise in them. L Series might be different - all engine, driveline, chassis stuff will be around but not sure on cab/interior gear although there would be a reasonable chance of finding it.

D series stuff is not hard to come by. If you let me know what you need I can point you to the right people.
