Never heard of it.could be good but probably not. Even if it is, buying an amp to power it (assuming the specs are actually correct) will offset the 'bargain' price of the sub hugely. Does it have to be a 15" sub!

get the same sounds and lighter from a 12" if set up right dont watse ur money just because ur cuz says its the best go talk to your local sounds installer and see what they reconmend
You could fit TWO 15" suwin vagars in your boot running on a fusion mono block amp with a pioneer deck . Must have a power capand two batteries thoughup to you though! i had this once upon a time about 10 years ago but would still give alot of the new stuff a go for there money lol
