yep, the point was, you have no patience nor tolerance for anyone else, you will do only what the law requires, anything else is too boring and of no merit

Thats better, yes!

On the point of indicating right at the end of a passing lane, I always check my mirror near the end of the two lanes for any jerk who is racing up behind me "just got to pass another one" becausei have indicated and "by god" i am going to move over now whether you like it or not and you are not going to make me slow down just to get your thrill. Ha Ha.

you should team up with ik104, it's his right by law to move into that lane at his whim, no indication required and to hell with anyone already occupying that space

It's my space, not anyone else's, don't get in my way.

I will meet you on the track.

So one assumes that you checked the lane ends sign in the link @ post # 71 yes !
Therefore on the basis of that assumption one assumes that as you are moving from the left lane to the right lane at the conclusion of the passing lane as the sign indicates that the left lane ends then you must indicate as per3.10(3) in the link @ post number 75 yes !
And what is "PSML" ! . is that some sort of acronym for a recently discovered pre menstrual problem or what, so once again I will assume that you must have meant PMSL yes !

Yep sounds good

Geez try and keep up, it is not one lane ending, it us 2 lanes merging!
Might be a bit much for you to understand.

It's NOT always obvious but actually seeing a vehicle up ahead indicating moving over from a two lane road converging into a one lane road is a good informative move for those following particularly if driving in poor conditions eg. fog or drizzle etc, as well as any other conditions good or bad for that matter.

Sounds like dodgems you are driving pal. If you have to say don't get in my way then the space ahead you are referring to ( I think you are referring to) isn't actually your space until you occupy it and if the guy ahead of you indicates that he's going to move over into it then you have a problem don't you! Following traffic doesn't mean you have the right of way particularly if what you are following is a truck that is about to move from a two lane road that's about to converge onto a one lane road. Funny how some folks just don't know how unforgiving trucks can be if they are unfortunate enough to connect with one! I prefer to be a live cautious patient driver and die of old age rather than a dead idiot that HAD a no tomorrow mentality. If a vehicle up ahead is indicating generally there's a reason for that .don't you think, pot luck idiotic decisions by impatient drivers just don't cut it with me I'm afraid! Bit like impatient folk who push there way to the front when going through doors or gates to events or other. I reckon the saying "You're a long time dead .so what's the hurry.!" is very poignant and totally true in this "Rip S##t & Bust" day and age.

Just don't automatically think the space up ahead of you is yours as lots of scenarios can and do dictate the exact opposite. I never think that way.

Anyone ever read the sign at the begining of a passing lane! It says "use left lane unless passing". No one should be in the center lane unless passing another vehicle.
tonyrockyhorror,

And it doesn't actually need to say that because that applies to ALL multilane roads.
I indicate right near the end of a passing lane to let the guy behind me know that the lane is ending and he doesn't have enough room to get past me without ending up in the oncoming traffic lane before he gets past.

You'll find those with the white dot in the centre will have a round about signs before you reach them and give way signs as well so should be treated as such asthey are roundabout's . But being so small they would be a major problem for heavy traffic to negotiate without hitting them and causing damage if they had a raised dome circle there instead, so I guess it's a going to confine some smaller roundabout's to such a degree as to make them quite unsafe if raised domes are installed in them! Roundabout's with those raised tapered domes in em often get run over by following axles of 'A' train and 'B' train and articulated vehicles in any case, even LWB rigid vehicles. Indicating for 3 seconds before exiting any exit on a roundabout is rather hard to do but any indication is better than none, depends a lot on how fast you go through a roundabout as well, if you have had to give way before entering a roundabout you'd have time if you aren't doing a "drag strip" start or carrying excessive speed into any roundabout!

Adding to previous post.Indicating Intention to turn left from roundabout at first exit immediately after entering can be shown easily at least 3 seconds beforehand.
