thank god i didnt buy one. Ive got about 4 ladders and all cost over 2 -3 hundred each :)

Im not the police, but as handy as the cheap ladder maybe u can only smash ya sweed into the concrete a few times if that,

As long as that plank is on there it won't snap in the middle like the one in the Herald, even if it did I'm pretty good at falling and walking away.

Ministry of Consumer Affairs Principal Advisor Martin Rushton said tests showed the aluminium on the unbranded ladder was only 1.2 millimetres thick.

"The seller could not provide a valid test certificate to show it had passed safety testing.

"We commissioned our own testing by an accredited laboratory and the ladder failed, collapsing like plasticine under a load of 120kgs."

As someone who uses a ladder almost everyday, there is no way I'd use that, You only need for it to fail once.

Surely under the CGA it is now the responsibility of the supplier to supply you with a ladder that performs to all specifications of the one that you thought you bought. Citing this fact has been used very effectively to get new upgraded goods by many people many times.
