Ring wreckers for certain gearbox, "500 bucks", How many kms has it done "74,000kms"
Went to pick it up, wrecker was busy arguing about something with another customer. I spotted gearbox nearby with my name written on it with a marker and drag marks where it had been dragged from with snig chain on a bonnet. I follow drag marks to rolled celica, look inside, milage was 230 somthing thousand kms. I leave Ring around, find another gearbox in another city, 120kms on it. Fine, it gets sent to me. Its the same gearbox, still got my mispelled name on it. Sigh.

What a judgemental &^%$ you are, i have recently started a wrecking business and its going very well and am making a very good income, i have plenty of "skills" amd qualifications and have had various managment positions in the past but this is what i have CHOSEN to do because I enjoy it. How is a wrecker building up a successful business somehow less worthy than any other profession! People like you really get on my nerves

I'm buying for a landcrab and I'm saving a ton. I wanted some new CV joints, I got quoted $125 each locally, or $330 for each one to be repaired. I got them from the UK for 25GBP each I also got some other stuff a the same time to make the shipping worth while, including a new set of hubcaps for 15GBP, no way I would get there here in NZ, more like $50 for a single dirty used one lol.

I hate getting parts from a pap, most of the time some munter has smashed every part in the way. Much easier to go to the wrecker I know, remove the part my self, pay a fair price and can return it if its faulty, also calls me if any thing new arrives that might be of use
