would like to know how many serious and fatal accidents per year are caused by a component part or tyre failure besides the fact that some cars are driven by people who exceed the speed limits and outdrivethe road conditions and do not have warrants ,A car has to be in extremely porecondition before a component fails .I would say that a driver should have a regular competency test which may save more lives than having spot car checksAlastair

They call it spider veins or something, i had a car that i had all the rust taken out of and welded up but they will still fail it for a tiny bit of rust the size of a finger nail clipping and most of there attitudes suck BIG TIME!.

They call it spider veins or something, witch will scrape of with a screwdriver and have solid steel underneath but if they fail it you need a qualified repairer to do it for you, i had a car that i had all the rust taken out of and welded up but they will still fail it for a tiny bit of rust the size of a finger nail clipping and some of there attitudes are lacking.
