Try classified and pitch it a bit cheaper then anyone else, depends on your situation if you can wait a bit or need it gone.

Classified so they know they can negotiate with you directly at the time of viewing.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
