Hello I'm currently seeking information on the whereabouts of any old aircraft parts that may still be stored in sheds or in use on farmers properties around NZ. After WW2 many of the former RNZAF aircraft were broken up at old air forces bases and sold to the farmers as the parts were of great quality and at the time in good quantity. Tyres were used on trailers, hydraulics were used all over the farms and all other manner of parts put to good use in the name of good old kiwi ingenuity. What i'm wanting to know is if anyone who has worked on a farm or has on their farm parts from the Aviation past ! If you know or even think you do please get in touch I would love hear what you may have out there. Best regards

PS - any kind of former NZ Military stuff that you may have tucked away in the shed could of great interest too
