Yep another trip up there. Was up there 2 or 3 weekends ago for Stockcar teams as well - experienced seeing some of the first teams night racing from infield.well 2 races anyway lol.

c'mon splinter.even you have to admit the panthers are a force to be reckoned with. Looking at the teams & drivers, this year, its anyones guess who is going to make the final. Always top names laying body & car on the line.

We will know on Saturday Id like to see another team win it maybe the busters but its all in the draw thats done tomorrow hope the hawkeyes dont end up in the pool of death like last year

Yep, true.I'd like to see the busters get somewhere. Good drivers & machinery. Going to be another good weekend.hope the final is a spectacle.not the one sided affair of recent. Mind you the racing is just part of it all, the travelling, the atmosphere in the stadium etc.

Peter Rees is a nephew of mine,Awesome driver. Pity about Rotorua in Jan, Peter & Ashton had some bad luck with brakes & tyres rolling off but still put on a good show.

LOL nice suck up there splinter . Brilliant builder & a damn good driver. Only got pipped at the last lap or so at Rotorua for the invitation champs & thats because he had a big bunch of sparklers for brakes

Just waiting on a lotto win and I will be banging on his door with cash for a new tank. He has a soft spot seen him not take out asher last season at the Peter Barry meeting He just parked behind him we know why because he would have had to fix it lol all those p guys have won enough this season although thats the second NZ champ in a row to live in Hawkes Bay
