I have a Ascot Innova and would like a Honda Jazz rear seat (Magic seat design) as it would suit my needs more than the fixed seat that I currently have right now.
I do understand that I will need a cert (hopes that won't be too hard).
Would it worth changing the front at the same time?

are you wanting to change from the total number of seats / seatbelts? - if so it becomes a cert issue.
If you just want the seat shaped differently, thats an easy job for a motor trimmer.
