There are quite a lot of workshop manuals in Russian for all sorts of cars available free online. Russia doesnt seem to worry too much about copyright laws.

If you mean op might have bought a Russian manual for a non Russian car being a cheapskate then frankly they don't really deserve help.
I was thinking it was an odd Russian vehcile.
